. and pretty quickly, 39 in concord. 46 in novato. and down here into san jose, close to the 30s at this hour. 41 degrees. let's get you outside of the live hd sky camera network. we have lower level moisture showing up on the sky camera network, but it is all clear from the south bay right up to san francisco on the san bruno mountain camera shot. right towards the bay bridge, look at that. they're testing the bay lights tonight. i had a view of that in the city the past couple of nights as well that looks very spectacular. the camera shaking around. we have winds 5 to 10 miles per hour. it's only giving us a slight windchill tonight. talk about major windchill to the northeast. i have never seen the radar with so much widespread heavy snow than what we're seeing right now. again, historic on many levels as this blizzard could be one for the record books here. maybe not even seen anything this bad since 1978. as we mentioned, for boston, about 3 feet of snow there back into new york 1 to 2 feet with with the winds topping 75 miles per hour. so do expect mayor delays no matter where you're tr

, concord for the morning. look out for some of that thick fog that can slow you down. high clouds at times for tomorrow. for the next two days, mainly dry until thursday. we're going to see cold airdrop in. that's the best chance for rain. hour by hour tomorrow morning. low cloud cover. a pattern that looks more like june. the all-day sea breeze which means san francisco and the coast stay cool. you question so the temperatures hour by hour tomorrow. by lunchtime, low 60s inland and san jose down toward morgan hill. we should see some of the warmest temperatures over the next few days for tomorrow and then things really start to cool down as we get into thursday and friday. there's a look at the temperatures as you can see. low 50s for highs. and a chance not only of seeing some rain but air cold enough for snow as low as 3,000 feet. january into freb, normally the wettest time of the year. this is good news. we're going to get rain and know in the sierra. hopefully, a foot of snow out of this system for the second half of the week. >> that sprinkling around here maybe. >> and that big chi

, this is the driest start, 2013 for all of the cities you see here, sonoma, napa, sfo, redwood city, oakland, concord, hayward, santa cruz running the driest for this record. now, because december was such a wet start to the rainfall season, seasonal totals not looking too bad. but if we stay dry now in the next two weeks, typically one of the wettest times of the year you're going to see these numbers start to drop off even though the snow pack is better than last year which was bone dry. again, these numbers tarting to come down now and starting to lose a chance of seeing rain in the forecast. the culprit is a blocking ridge of high pressure which is taking the active storm track off to the north and subtropical jets to the south. h is going to lead to some clear skies. warm temperatures through the week. warmest day is wednesday, thursday, friday. instead of talking about rain you're going to see this tomorrow. mostly clear skies. patchy of low clouds. morning temperatures, mostly mid 30s to some low 40s for tomorrow morning. and high temperatures tomorrow, a little bit warmer than today. probably
